i hate hate hate the feeling of helplessness that comes with doing my exercises at PT…the exercises on a “normal” day wouldnt be so bad, but struggling and watching my leg shake as i try to lift it (even without weights) is the real torture….
the picture is of my “togo” icebag taped to my leg post torture session….i do love that they let me do that so i can get going as soon as possible 🙂

livingroom reorg

decided today to finally try rearranging my livingroom so i would have more space to play kinect and/or wii. so far it feels kinda weird and dont know if i really like it or if it really gives me that much more room, but we’ll see how it goes.

went in for my post surgery PT eval today and of course all of the physical therapists horrassed me cause they remember me from last year 🙂 i ended up with homework exercises. some of them hurt! but i know they’ll help

James and i went to visit some of his family and extended family this evening before they left town. I had such a good time visiting that i forgot to take a picture, lol 🙂 but, after we finished with the visit, James and i went to one of our favorite chicken places. i had a lot to pick from to take a picture of, but decided on the table cloth…. its amazing what you dont notice till you take a picture of it and look at the picture! (eg, the stain…)
